Order process
WANNE studios delivers to customers worldwide. We aim to ship your order within one working day of your order being placed. (With the exception of orders including items on pre-order). We ship with DHL express, which means once shipped your order will arrive within one working day.
Orders from: Netherlands
Arrives within: 2 working days* shipped with DHL parcel
Orders from: EU
Arrives within: 2 working days* shipped with DHL express
Orders from: Rest of world including USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand
Arrives within: 3 working days* shipped with DHL express
The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and please be aware that sometimes customs may delay delivery slightly.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your piece. We are happy to assist. - info@wannestudios.com
Return policy
WANNE studios accepts unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments, for a full refund within 14 days from delivery date. The postage/shipping costs are deducted from te refund. To request a return please contact info@wannestudios.com
Returned to sender / Refused items
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will cancel the order unless the customer would still like to receive it and will therefore need to pay for new shipping

NL and EU
Order before Sunday 22 december and your order should arrive before Christmas. Order before Friday 27 december to receive your order before NYE.*
USA & Canada
Order before Friday 20 december and your order should arrive before Christmas. Order before Friday 27 december to receive your order before NYE.*
Rest of the world
Order before Thursday 19 december and your order should arrive before Christmas and NYE. Orders after this date will most probably arrive after the Holidays.*
*We do not 100% guarantee the delivery days, since we are not responsible for any errors on the couriers side. Orders from remote locations might take an extra working day. We do try our best to ship your order as soon as you placed it so you will receive it in time!
